Primary Bath Notes collects no personal information from readers. That is a description of how the site is built rather than a policy commitment, and the sections below explain what it means in practice.

No Forms or Accounts

There is no form, no comment box, no newsletter signup and no account. The pages are documents to be read, and nothing more interactive than that.

Nothing Is Measured

Nothing on these pages reports a visit to anybody. Readership is simply unknown here, which is unusual on the modern web and entirely deliberate.

The Hosting Layer

The site is delivered through a hosting provider whose infrastructure sees each request. Any web server sees the technical particulars of a request in order to answer it, and the provider retains those records briefly. Nothing from that layer is passed to the site or used to identify a reader.

Nothing Is Stored

Nothing is written to the device a reader arrives on. Because nothing is stored in the browser, there is no consent banner, and nothing to accept or decline.

If the Site Changes

This page is maintained alongside the site itself. A privacy page that has drifted from the site it describes is worse than none, so this one is kept in step.
